I am experiencing a problem with scanning transparencies. When using Nikon software the results are so magenta that the image is a very deep purple. Green is nearly nonexistent. I have gone through all adjustments I can find with Nikon help and with the manual. No joy. If I use VueScan software to scan, everything is fine. This happens on two different computers and happens even though clean up and reinstall procedures have been followed.
Any ideas?
