Title: LLVJ #16 Exceeds Maximum content length in iDVD

I've downloaded all four parts of LLVJ #16. The problem I am having is that when I try to burn the DVD, I get a message saying that the content exceeds the maximum allowable length. When I check the content size is 5.8 gig and the allowable maximum is 4.2 gig.

I've formatted the project in widescreen at the highest quality.

Have I done something really stupid or with the entire issue not fit on a singe DVD?

DVD-+R's are smaller than store bought DVDs.  Try a double layer disc (if your burner supports it) or burn it to two DVD+-R's.
