Title: Where's my coupons?

I confirmed my willingness to convert the remainder of my LLVJ subscription to downloads but have yet to receive my credit coupons to use when I download the most recent (#16) release. I need my  "fix".

Steven Sauve is looking after Customer Service while Michael & I are away. He is 'snowed under' with requests to make the switch to Downloads. Please be patient. His reply with coupons should be forthcoming over the coming weekend. BTW if you really can't wait and decide to spend the $10 for your 'fix', the coupons you receive are not wasted - they will work for future issues and are not limited to a particular issue.
