Title: "Missing" minimise and maximise icons?

Hi Folks,
I'd appreciate any advice or help on the following query. I cannot seem to locate the maximise and minimise icons that are situated in the top right hand corner of the open 'window'. Any thoughts on why they might be missing or how to get them back?

Select Standard Screen Mode under Window/Screen Mode. That should do it.
