Title: How do you post a reply to a post?

I have made a post and received a reply. I wan to post my reply , but all I get is "Preview Post" as a choice.

So where is the "POST" button!

There should be an 'Add Reply' button just to the left of the 'Preview Post' button.  If not, you may have a software conflict.  Have you tried rebooting, different browser, trying again...?
