It would be nice to have a printable list of contents for each volume to keep in the case.
I can try to copy the info off of the website, but was hoping it was already available.

As you inferred, you can copy all or a part of the Table of Contents from this webpage (http://luminous-landscape.com/video_journal/llvj-index.shtml)

or you can download and print artwork (with a ToC) for the individual DVDs from here. (http://luminous-landscape.com/video_journal/disk-art-pdf.shtml)
