hi I just installed the new OS and now the ability to turn off color management is gone when I print in photoshop. I followed the error to this adobe website help page ( https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/no-color-management-option-missing.html ) but when I downloaded the macOS: ACPU.dmg and tried to install it the prompts lead me to a 404 error web page. any help for this boomer would be appreciated. How do I print in the newest photoshop with an Epson 3880 printer?

Have you updated to Ventura from a very old Mac OS and Photoshop ?
In newer versions of Photoshop printing without colour management is automatically turned off when you select ‘Photoshop manages colour’ and then colour management options in the printer driver are greyed-out.
If you want to print targets to create a printer/paper profile you will need to use the Adobe Color Print utility. You can find a link on the Adobe website, or try this Adobe Color Print Utility (https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/no-color-management-option-missing.html). Alternatively you can use Apple’s Preview app to print targets withou colour management.

Printing WITH color management is a Ventura bug. The issue is intermittent, and you need to check the settings each and every time as the bug is that it isn't sticky.
As for printing without color management in Photoshop, this hasn't been possible since, like CS5.
How do you print without color management? Other than the ACPU, you can do so using the ColorSync Utility (also free).
