Thanks. I was hoping not to spend $135 on the manual for the Q6721B. The Manual for the Q6721A is a simple PDF download from them. Anyway, I got the problem solved for the time being.

The link above is the full service manual for all types of Z3200 with 440 pages and its for free!

Yes, I had downloaded the manual to which you refer thinking the same until I got ready to disassemble the printer and noticed the diagrams and instructions didn’t match my printer. Then I looked under the “Purpose” section at the beginning of the manual and the specific printers to which the manual refers doesn’t include the Q6721B. Only the Q6721A. Thanks, however, for the reply, I appreciate your effort.

Yes, now I’ve seen the light. Literally and figuratively after realizing the diagrams in the manual refer to the 2100 and not necessarily the 3200. Thanks for your perseverance.
