Anyone know if a current LS Blue Ring will operate properly on an older Phase One DF camera? I presume it will mount, but not sure about setting f stop from camera controls etc. Thanks.

You should be able to control aperture from the DF. But not sure about the leaf shutter in the lens. May be limited to focal shutter in DF. I used a DF+ for several years and it worked. DF is older and I can’t remember the difference but I believe the DF+ was needed for a digital back.

Andy - Blue Ring lenses work on DF/DF+. With full functionality. FAIK

Thanks Steve.

Oops! Missed Paul's last comment about needing a DF+ for a digital back. Is that right? I've owned Mamiya DF with a P series back.
