yes, on hikes with my daughter, I always mentioned to her to ,.... look back a few times,... for me it is what you do,... one never knows what is a different light nor perspective behind the path we travelled,...,... for her ,... well,... get back home? just kidding.

Thanks, all...it has been a practice of mine for many years after seeing an image a friend captured when we were both shooting the same locale at the same time. I remarked to him I hadn't seen that particular log in the stream, and he said, you know, sometimes it's what you left behind that's the most interesting. My friend's name was David Vestal. I learned so much from him .
