Duh, beats me ;)! But the print looks sideways, should it be rotated CCW? Nice shot in any event.

Peter,
oops, sorry, replaced in portrait orientation.

Lovely

Very nice, the red colored leaves really stand out!
-
+1, and so much better in portrait orientation. ;)

Bob_B, Francois, Thank you kindly,
The red maple leaves caught my attention, especially so because most trees in this woodlot are very mature, and did not show much red at all, mostly yellows and pale greens. Might be due to the hot summer and little rain this year. In any case, I found a couple of outliers.

thank you all kindly,...
so many views,.. not sure if my eye deserve's the praise ,.. or if the lens does.
humbly, in any case, it is what was captured.
enjoy.

Excellent work by both your eye and your lens.
-
Those two shades of red - lovely. A closer shot of the two would be delicious.
-
Eric thank you kindly,..
sometimes, can't quite explain it, but when the moment hits ,... the shutter is pressed.
yes, the lens (when well chosen ) has much to do with that decision.
-
Rajan, thank you.
If I ever get another opportunity,... I'll remember to definitely capture each individually, as well as both.
I wish now I could go back,... but alas the moments flickered away,
cheers
