To tell you the truth, I'm a bit undecided on this one. The reason is the balance between the rocks (foreground) and the city...

francois, I understand your concern.  I liked how the rocks framed the cityscape.

I'm not saying that something is wrong with your photo. In fact, my indecision is about too little or just right/enough city…
