Leaf Aptus Screen Shade.
Works beautifully, has some paint wear as seen in then pictures, bellows are intact.

Here's a little info:

The Lee Screen-Shade for the Leaf Aptus Digital Back is a functional and easy to use bellows that will help minimize flare when shooting in studio or location.
It clips on to the digital back and features a 3.5" (8.9cm) extension. It attaches with easy-to-use side clips that make it simple to both mount and disengage.
