Title: PS Glitch
Post by: RMW on September 15, 2022, 12:59:11 pm
Images change luminosity when changing viewing size in PS. Running latest versions of PS and iMAc. Adobe Help advised me to switch monitor to sRGB to see what would happen, but it seems to make no difference. HELP Please.

If you disable GPU in preference, any difference?

Disabled GPU in preference and it fixed the issue.
Thank you Andrew !
Does this mean the program will run slower?
(I don't mind if it does.)
Can I reset the monitor now  to a better color space than sRGB ?

If turning OFF GPU works, it's a GPU bug and you need to contact the manufacturer or find out if there's an updated driver for it. This is why disabling GPU is an option as more and more functionality moves to the GPU in newer versions of many Adobe products.

Yes, it will run slower! Yes, you can reset the display profile (that was a test to see if that profile might have been corrupted).
