As others have said, great photos.
My personal favorite is #1. However, I am a sucker for insect head shots!
My first impression of the background in this frame was "red velvet" and wonder about how you got it to pose in such a setting. Upon seeing the other photos, I was reminded about how successful nature photography involves much skill AND much luck!!! ;)

Thank you for the feedback, Frank. Indeed, a lot of this type of photography is luck. For example, I've happened upon this species only twice in the last 20 years. I might have seen them more often if I had really looked for them, but who knows. Still, being prepared and knowing what to do when luck comes your way is a definite advantage.
