Title: Best Camera Profile to use for Hasselblad X1D2
Post by: rollsman44 on July 11, 2022, 08:48:02 pm
I had some people recommend the Adobe Standard as Adobe is working closely with X1D2 color science.  I am just trying to Optimize the IQ from my X1D2 in LR Classic
   Any other recommendations is appreciated

I've made my own profiles with a Color Checker Passport and the Adobe Profile maker software.  I am happy with those, but looking at the Adobe Standard Profile in comparison it is noticeably flatter and less saturated.  Adobe Landscape is closer to my profiles but Adobe Standard would be a perfectly sensible place to start and then develop from there.  Phocus theoretically provides the best processing engine for X1D and X1D2 files, so possibly the way to determine what suits you best would be to process several files in Phocus to your satisfaction, export as Tiffs and then import into LR and see which LR profiles most closely match the Phocus output.
