I discovered this test

and tried it on Firefox, Edge and Opera.
Only Firefox didn't pass
I tried enabling gfx.color_management.enablev4 as recommended but nothing happened.
I assume that I'm doing something wrong.
Any hints?
Is that important at all? I mean would other people see different images if using other browsers?
As for myself, I wasn't aware

all popular editing spaces are v2, so it doesn’t matter at all

What confuses me is that when I run the proposed tests in three different browsers, the results were different.
So I wondered if someone using, say, Firefox, is seeing something different from the intended rendering.

Hi. Author of that page here and long time lurker on this forum. :)
Color management seems to be disabled for Firefox on your system. Edge and Opera are clamping down everything to sRGB, but not necessarily applying your monitor profile to the results. I'm not familiar with how the latest versions of those two browsers handle color management.
My Firefox config is shown here (https://cameratico.com/color-management/firefox/). v4 profiles work fine on Firefox in MacOS, both on the current versions. I see that you're running Windows 7. That might have something to do with it. Unfortunately I don't have a Windows 7 machine here to test.

My OS is Windows 11. I omitted that :(

Did you set gfx.color_management.mode to 1 (default is 2)? Otherwise, Firefox does not colour manage images that don't have an embedded profile. W3C says graphic elements without embedded profiles should be assumed to be sRGB, but Firefox doesn't conform unless you set gfx.color_management.mode to 1.
As others say, not much uses v4 profiles, and some software breaks with v4 profiles, so they are best avoided.

No I hadn't.
After setting it to 1 (it was on 2) the results for both v2 and v4 are as below.
