Title: Targeted Adjustment Tool Window Not Opening

On some of my images I've recently imported into LR, when I select the targeted adjustment tool (brush symbol) the tool choice window (with Brush, gradient, choose sky, etc) doesn't open or appear.   Works fine for vast majority of images.  LR Classic 11.3.1, MacStudio, OS 12.4
Any ideas?  Am I doing something wrong or a bug??

If you disable GPU in preferences, any difference?

No Andrew.  I disabled it, then tried to edit another 10 or so images.  One of them acted as I've described.

Try resetting your Lightroom preferences:

Quit Lightroom Classic.
MacOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".

Thanks Andrew.  I'll give it a try and see if the weird behavior re-appears.
