I finally decided to activate the ink door release to shake the carts. I assumed the printer would take a long drink after doing so.
I was pleased that it seemed to do very little of anything after closing the door, and I'm still getting good nozzle checks.
During the first couple weeks I was concerned about the amount of ink seemingly dumped, but it seems to have settled down.
I would be interested if you have shaken the carts, and what your impression was.
