Wonderful shot. The young girl looks ready to jump on the Carrousel. I feel undecided about that girl's attitude. Is she sad because she cannot ride or is merely looking at the Carrousel as a curiosity?

As far as I remember the carrousel was moving but there was only the technician or operator on it checking things.
I guess she was something between expectant and fascinated.

The place has very special atmosphere with lots of half timbered houses around it
