Who cares? They will both do fine by you and if one is a bit faster than the other, so what?

This is something we are aiming for and currently investigating. Just wondering if those here have a preference for one manufacturer over the other?

Nvidia will do 10 bit with their geForce, RTX and Quadro models. Not sure what AMD models do now.

Nvidia RTX is one of the series we are looking at.

We are currently working with two computers which share an Eizo monitor,  keyboard and mouse via an Aten KVM. We're not sure if the KVM will get in the way of 10 bit and are awaiting clarification from Aten.

Quoting myself here.

The Aten KVM does support 10 bit.
