no presets with Topaz Studio 2 and topaz studio first version won't load.

I just fired up Studio 2 on my Mac (Big Sur) and it's up to date (but from 2019).

By "presets" do you mean the thumbnails under Add Look? Mine are displaying normally.

Studio 1 is obsolete.

Please provide your system specs.
