Title: Late Afternoon at the Lake
Post by: rgs on December 05, 2021, 09:00:21 pm
Later afternoon at Lake Hefner in Oklahoma City. Sometimes I like an image for purely photographic reasons but others are ambivalent because it may not have a clearly defined center of interest. I wonder if this is one such image. Opinions appreciated.

A pretty, pleasant scene.
It encourages relaxation rather than stimulation.
Sometimes that's what one wants.

Yup. This is one you could sit back in the easy chair and, gazing into it, gently fall asleep for a pleasant nap.

I agree with both previous comments… It's a tranquil place. Give me a chair and a blanket and I could bask in the sun all day!

Very serene.
The look of a long exposure on the water but not the sky is noticeable to me but probably wouldn't be to a non-photographer.

I can see myself having a nice picnic here.
