Thank you Eric, Francois, and Rajan.

I find your comments especially valuable as I work to make worthwhile fotos, hoping they'll will be both artistic and recordist. It's a challenging landscape in some ways with all the seeming chaos, but it's also a very compelling one with the soft light and water everywhere.However, it's disappearing quickly, some scientists say that most of it'll be gone in 50 years, that New Orleans will become an island, and that most of the life in the surrounding waters will be gone.

So my work might be part of a record showing how it looked in the early years of the 21st century.
