Hi, I am definitely an amateur photographer not a professional. At the moment I use Lightroom 6 to process my photos but that stopped working with my Mac 3 operating systems ago. I reverted to the Mojave OS to continue using LR but think I really should run my Mac on the latest OS.
If I do this to continue using LR I would need to take out a subscription for the latest version. As an amateur I don't use it every month and am loathe to commit to an endless subscription.
Luminar 4, even with the additional cost of downloading avalanche to import my LR Catalogue works out not that much more than a years LR subscription. But is Luminar a suitable replacement?
