Yes, this is at least a no brainer for Nikon users involved in action photography.
AF performance seems to be a notch above everything else.
120 fps mode with full AF will open new doors for some types of photography. 11mp is of course a bit low but if it's about getting the shot why not.
But the most important announcement to me is the 400mm f2.8 with built-in TC. This lens will basically replace a 400mm f2.8 and 600mm f4. An economy of 13,000 US$ and 3kg.
