I know there are some cloud aficionados here; any guesses? Taken with iPhone while driving.

Those spiky clouds are really uncommon, good catch… I don't know anything about clouds so I'm not sure whether they are supposed to announce good or bad things  ;D

Cool. What cloud type is it? Cirrus? Or jet condensation trails?? In any case, I like it.

Short condensation trail upper left. But for the main lower wide band, I don't know either. Not shown here of course, but it stretched for 30-40 miles; as far as I could see in either direction.

I love interestingly shaped clouds like this. You have to sit and wonder about just what forces it took to sculpt them that way.

For the end of the world, you'd need AA black sky ;)
