Title: Seafarers Bridge, Melbourne

Seafarers Bridge, a footbridge connecting Docklands and South Wharf in inner-city Melbourne.

Sony A7r3 with Sony 90mm f/2.8 Macro. 90mm, f/11, ISO 50. 4x vertical frames, each frame exposed five times at each of 15s, 4s and 1s, then median stacked, exposure blended and stitched, for a total of 60 input images.

looks good, but i miss the top of the buildings...

looks good, but i miss the top of the buildings...

Include the tops of the buildings and you end up with a big mass of dark sky at the top, which adds nothing to the scene and makes the photo look unbalanced.

Crop away the top and you have a bridge in a busy urban setting. Include it and you end up with a thin strip of city, a lot of dark sky at the top with a few buildings sticking through and an empty-looking scene.

Very colorful, I like it. The top of the buildings would be a "+" but I understand your choice (vs the black sky).

I agree, leave it as it is would be my thoughts and wow, what a kaleidoscope of colour. I like it, I like it a lot  ;)
