I always jump on your photos because they are consistently excellent. But I see something off with this one, at least in my eyes. The foreground seems a bit posterized. I have no idea what would cause this.

As David says, the colors in the foreground do seem a bit odd.
My first thought was that you have shown us time and time again that Iceland is the perfect land for drone photography.

I don't quite get what you two are referring to. The foreground is rough textured lava on which there is a dusting of snow, and the sun is coming in at a low angle. Here is a video I made of the scene (haven't spent time colour grading it carefully) -

I think the source of our confusion was the dusting of snow. In shade it doesn't look white, so I at least didn't see it as snow, but now it makes sense.

As can be seen in the video, there is a good deal of 'blue' in the snow that has been tamed in the photo.
