I have been shooting over 45 years doing weddings and Portraits. Now I want to get into shooting Houses Exteriors and Interiors
Any suggestions that I can look up and see the various shooting styles? Thank you

Seems like most of the RE photographer I know of it's more a matter of the most photos for the least $$ is the name of the game.
I don't see how anyone can really do so much work in so little time to make even less. However, there a few out there that make good money with higher-end properties and charge accordingly. If that's the case, that's the way to go!
Most of the people who approached me through the years were clueless and wanted a moon shot for the price of a firecracker and most of the people I knew in real estate through the years have seldom offered little but peanuts for photos, though a few realized that this was key for better sales on selected (high-value) properties.
A few years back in my former life as the editor to my ASMP chapter's magazine, one of our members was both a licensed real estate professional and photographer and was doing quite well at the time. If you can find a good niche and can photograph like an architectural photographer but on steroids, you should be able to do well.

I do some. I mostly work with one local realtor (and sometimes a few others) and we have a good rapport. He mostly sells mid-range properties and I can usually do the shoot in an hour or less, depending on a few factors. The money is not amazing but it's a nice supplement that keeps my photo gear fund going when other sales are slow. It's often a balance between documentation and making visually pleasing images. Some are better than others but but I enjoy the challenge and practice most of the time.
There are tons of Youtube videos on the topic of varying quality. That's where I got my first primer and then just practiced from there.
I'd love to shoot some of the multi-million dollar homes around here but have not had the opportunity yet.

Although I never went into the business, I did shoot the interiors for selling my own homes and I found a book: Lighting Interiors by Scott Hargis - available as a downloadable PDF. It shows not only his lighting setup but suggestions for shooting specific areas. Scott has been lauded as one of the US' best real estate photographers.
Perhaps you can find it on line and have a look. I think he is also on YouTube, FWTW.
