I've been working with luminosity masking recently, having used them quite a bit years ago. Here's one of my experiments. Nandina leaves bathe in the warm rays of late the late winter's sun. I hope you like it. Feel free to offer your comments, and thanks for viewing. - Bob

and here's the same image processed in B/W. Do you have a preference: color or b/w?
-
i find one is soothing while the other is a "perk me up" due to the colour.

Both are lovely.

Both are gorgeous but convey a different feeling… My current preference would go for the color version.

+1 like the colours and the softness

I'm glad I looked at both and ignored all replies before picking a favorite.
They are both nice.
Right now, I'm in a mood for the color, but tomorrow I may prefer the black and white.
I'll check back tomorrow.

Thanks one and all for your comments and suggestions.

Stunning in colour. I personally think it a bit ordinary in B&W

Colour for me, as the leaves stand out from the background much more.

Martin and Paulo: I greatly appreciate your comments. Thanks!
