On Friday 12th Feb my slipper caught on the stair carpet and I fell down the stairs carrying my x-t4 with 56mm f1.2 lens and my tripod. The lens snapped off in front of the aperture ring and the lcd broke off. I did not know if the body had other damage inside, but the lens mount looked OK. I rang Fuji repair here in the UK. They have fixed price repairs. On Saturday I received the packaging boxes and pre paid bag for next working day tracked delivery before 1pm. I took it to the Post Office on Monday and got it all back on Thursday, repair done, all fully tested and guaranteed.
That’s what I call excellent service!
Best wishes,
Jonathan

I'm on my 4th Fuji X series and I'm impressed by their willingness to address issues and fix things. If I ever hit a load of money I'll probably by one of their "fuller than full frame" cameras too. ;D
