Title: Can you add notes to a file in LR ?
Post by: sanfairyanne on October 24, 2020, 05:50:58 am
I have often wondered if it's possible to add a note to an image in LR. I just spent a few hours processing a photograph. I worked on it in Photoshop then re-imported it as a Tiff to my LR catalogue. I'd like to be able to leave a note to say it has not been sharpened. You'd think this would be easy.

Does anyone know how?

I use the Caption field for notes and other information that I want to save with the photograph. Searchable in LR and works great as long as you typically don't print the caption with the photograph.

Thanks Gerald, that's a great solution. Much appreciated.
