Title: Monitor Profile Luminance Question?

Trying to profile a 10 year old Dell U2410 monitor.
Can not get the luminance level up to 80.
Even setting the brightness control to 100 only gets the luminance level up to 64.
Using an Xrite i1 Display Pro.
The verification shows that it passes.
Confused as to why it would pass if I can't set correct luminance.
Since I can't set the luminance correctly does that mean the monitor should be replaced?
