...and he seemed to be just that...

Nice shot. Expressive.
-
A fine shot, Chris. But it's graphically vary strong and I think the "streetness" of the picture comes out even more strongly in B&W. I did a conversion, but I'm reluctant to post it unless you want to see it.
-
I did one as well and am at that undecided stage but likely will go that route for a print version. Post yours as I would like to see how much we are alike or different in our processing.
-
The color's lovely but I think the power is in the graphics, which B&W shows more specifically.
-
I really can't find a B&W that works for me yet, but what do you think of this?
I did a SEP2 normal with a green filter and popped the bright's up a bit and decreased the contrast a bit, then changed the blend mode to luminosity. I didn't touch any of the colors any other way.
-
Hi Chris. I think the colors in this one are beautiful. But I also think the colors diminish the power of the picture as street photography.
-
I shall play some more with the B&W
-
So, played some more and I like this B&W
-
Yeah. I think you got it, Chris. A good shot.

Thanks, Russ

Nice moment captured.
Wonder what he is looking at?
Best.
-
I don't think he was looking at anything in particular, just enjoying a pleasant afternoon outside.
-
I vote for the latest B&W version.
Splendid shot.

Thanks, Eric. I am beginning to agree with the B&W version.
