Title: C1 20 frozen & freezing computer

Hello,
I have C1 20 installed on my Macbook pro running 10.14.6
I was trying to import a file and the program froze and froze the computer - I couldn't even do a force quit. I forced the computer to shut down, then did a restart and then tried reopening C1 (without allowing any other programs to run to avoid any possible interference). It froze again.
My inclination is to uninstall C1 20 by dragging the application to the trash and then download a new copy. Of course, I have the license key.
I also purchased many filters: what happens with these if I uninstall this version? Will I have to reload them, or even download them again?
Any advice?

Fixed - it was complicated software issue
