Brilliant shot… I like the attitude of the woman and the officer also. One can imagine plenty of scenarios!

An excellent demonstration that you don't need zillions of ultra-sharp pixels to make an expressive image.
The feelings of those two come through loud and clear.

Street at its best. It explains why HCB didn't need a view camera and a tripod. Looking is everything.
