A photo of one of my Moonflowers. I have several types of Datura, which are very poisonous, the flowers, seeds, leaves, etc. These are also VERY powerful hallucinogens. Aside from the extreme beauty of these flowers, I grow them because the scent of the flowers (much like the Night Blooming Cereus) are better than any perfume. Their scent reaches a part of my brain that other smells cannot. Here are a couple images, from two of the types of Moonflowers.
The first (open) flower is with the Nikon Noct 0..95 lens and the second (closed) with the APO El-Nikkor 105mmm f/5.6.

You might have to be more specific. It is a stacked photo, so maybe you are seeing some artifact or another.

I work a lot with panoramas so I am used to check my images for these kind of problems...

What is the problem exactly? Here is another image from the same series. Do you see problems here?

just side affects of playing wih multiple images combined:
I added some arrows
I solve these in photoshop - i combine alle focus layers in a document and choose the right one.
