Has anyone figured out how to create a DJI Ronin account and set password? Their instructions are ok up to a point, but evidently lack a few critical steps.... (and tech support appears to be in Hong Kong)
I assembled the gimbal, charged the battery (took 3 hours to reach full charge), downloaded the Ronin SC app to my Iphone, powered on device (with gimbal motors locked as per instructions), enabled bluetooth, connected device with my phone, went to the app, only to find a screen saying registration necessary. Proceeding produced request for what evidently is the user's email address, followed by a password. No instructions for how to set a password.
After looking online and on the DJI Ronin website, there are apparently no instructions anywhere for how to set up a Ronin account, necessary for the smartphone app to continue communicating with the gimbal. Tried seeing if DJI Ronin has product support in NA, and apparently only for their drones.... It appears the gimbal can be used without enabling the smartphone app, but the setup and control functions present in the app allow full use of the technology and programming behind the gimbal (the reason for purchasing it in the first place, also as the unit is currently on sale at the two major New York photo stores), including leveling the camera/lens once installed on the gimbal.

I used a Ronin-S last year and had no trouble setting up an account.
I just followed the instructions in the (android) app to sign up, no problem.
