Title: Machair and the beauty of sidelight
Post by: Dave (Isle of Skye) on May 03, 2020, 07:36:59 am
This shot was also taken while out visiting my local patch during my allotted one hour daily lock down walk and for which I am now eternally thankful that I chose to live so close to.

And perhaps I should also mention for those of you with a copy of my Guide, that I discuss this location at the bottom of page 18, but which also shows you a slightly different angle of view during a mid to low tide  ;)

Thanks everyone and yes this is from my lock down walking area yet again, but this time I cheated a little and took along my tripod and how guilty I felt using it, but I was only there from maybe 15 minutes, so perhaps not too bad all things considered..
