the reflection makes it appear that their are submerged ruins.

Only a guess here Jeremy, but I suspect it will be that green stuff at the very bottom of the screen that looks like ivy  ::)

For those who live around the stuff, but can't remember exactly what it looks like, there's an old saying that covers it:  leaves of three, let it be.

Nicely evocative image, Russ. But in addition to the poison ivy, it looks like a water moccasin could crawl out of there at any minute.
