Finally... a bright clear dawn. Don't step in the poison ivy.
-
the reflection makes it appear that their are submerged ruins.
Otherwise, nice shot.
-
I love the lush vegetation and the warm light…
Well seen!

A better morning than in Manchester, certainly.
Educate a botanical ignoramus, though: which is the poison ivy?

Check the stuff on the tree with three leaves.
-
Yup. Right at the base of the tree.

For those who live around the stuff, but can't remember exactly what it looks like, there's an old saying that covers it: leaves of three, let it be.
Nicely evocative image, Russ. But in addition to the poison ivy, it looks like a water moccasin could crawl out of there at any minute.
