Taken at Torres del Paine National Park in Chile
-
remarkably good shot for a soaring Condor a long way away.
What lens were you using ?
Hand held ?
i would want to see that printed large for the effect.

In Torres del Paine NP there is a hike to Mirador Condor, which is a relatively small peak under which there is a condor nest. So from the top of the hike you can be above the level of the condors as they soar into the nest. This was a screen grab from a movie taken with a Lumix FZ1000 at 400 mm zoom equivalent, hand held. You can't really print it much bigger than 17" on the long dimension since the sensor is not large and the screen grab loses some pixels too. Good for the net!
