Used only a couple of times.  This RRS Panorama Kit will do the full up and down plus side to side.  See Photos.  Will sell for $650.00 net to me.

I used my Phase One XF 100MB with a 55mm lens with no problem.  It has a 50lb load capacity.

I just re-priced this to $650.  I made the mistake of listing it as a fluid head, which it is not.  Original price with everything was a little over $1,000.  Sorry for the mistake.  The fluid head version could only handle 15lbs.
