I have attached an image shot with a Nikon Z6 and the 24-70 f4. The file was imported into Lightroom with the built-in lens profile used the render the image.
The resulting image has rendered significant vignetting.
Is this normal?
Should the built-in profile have done a better job?

depends on the aperture and LR's profile.
I know Nikon always leaves some vignetting in the profile wide open- maybe they used that.
You can move the slider till you are satisfied.
at f8 there should be no vignetting i would say.

Problem solved!
Settings for the vignette in the camera are used by LR. Setting to High produces a very acceptable result.
Thanks for your reply.
