At Adobe I found cannot-find-or-open-adobe-paper-texture-pro (https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop/cannot-find-or-open-adobe-paper-texture-pro/td-p/9575733?page=1) the link in the 2nd post brought me here (img below). It appears it is no longer available.

Hi Ron,
Yes that's a 2013 blog page, hit its first link "Adobe Paper Textures" and you'll end up with a 404 Not Found page.
The link in my prev. post leads to adobe support (2018) where a user can't open nor find the extension either.
Directions there (to the actual extension in case you don't have it) took me to the 'extension retracted' page.
FYI I also searched Exchange to find 'Paper Textures' and 'Fly Paper'. Both searches gave the same suggestion,
- for creative cloud subscribers there's a Free Fly Paper Taster Pack with sample files 'at 72dpi @ 1140 px smallest side'
Serious packs are sold for 40 US dollars each.
You can find the suggested Free samples here: Taster (https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud.details.806.taster.html)
