I have a Giottos MTL8271B. I've had it 5 years now and its a great field tripod for my commercial work. One of the leg lock levers has broken though now.
I have a bigger problem though and I can't get a hold of any UK distributer for parts. The US distributer doesn’t carry them anymore and the China email I have just gets bounced back to me.
Has anyone ever dealt with Giottos or has a contact name, number or email?
I hate to relegate this tripod to the back of the tripod graveyard.
