An update (https://topazlabs.com/mask-ai/ref/5/) to v1.0.2 is now available:

Change:

Fill bucket hot spot now aligns with icon drip instead of center
Pan now deselects automatically upon brush select
Transform background mode now locks view to single

Fix:

Fixed small visual bug where mask tab unbolds
Fixed critical issue with in app updater (Error: 99)
Fixed windows issues with panning
Fixed issue where program would crash upon canceling as Photoshop plugin

Hi Michael, that offer applies whenever Topaz is having a sale (my coupon can be applied on top of it).

I'm not sure at this point if there will be a Black Friday or holiday sale, but once I know I put the info on my blog and Discounts page. Subscribe to the blog for immediate notification.
