Title: What does this mean?

The people, a few of them at least, have spoken. Policy will remain unchanged (although I shall be stricter with those who conceal, or at least decline to reveal, their identities).

The thread is therefore closed.

If policy is unchanged, Victor, it means things will remain as now, and people need not reveal more than they choose to do already.

I think it means that our moderator has chosen to threaten the majority of users of LULA that they will be singled out for 'Special' scrutiny. 

Troubling to say the least.......

This is so predictable from you.  Let's make a joke of this.  It's not a joke.  You don't speak for the majority of posters at LULA and neither do I but I think that a 'threat' by a moderator is more than troubling.
