Beautiful shot, and beautiful action on the girl's behalf!

Way to go! Better than anything in the September British Vogue.

Thanks, Rob, and you too, Eric. It's one of those situations where you have maybe two seconds before it collapses, stops being street photography, and turns into a simple travel shot.

You may be even older than me, Russ, but it's nice to know that your "Street" reflexes aren't slowing down.   ;)

I'm slowing down, Eric, but not that much. I can still raise a camera and go click. Far more important than body flexibility is looking. I made that shot 11 years ago in St. Augustine. I've been going back through my catalog, looking for things I haven't posted. Occasionally I get something new, but successful street is very rare stuff, and with heat and humidity like what we're having you pretty much have to work in malls, restaurants, etc., rather than out on the street.
