Title: Mystery firmware updates IQ160
Post by: mgolub2 on July 13, 2019, 05:29:41 pm
I recently downloaded the phase one firmware updater, and noticed that at the bottom of the list, there are three firmware with much newer dates than the later version numbered firmware for my IQ160. Are these actually newer firmware, or just bad dates on really old firmware versions? The one that I already downloaded was from march of this year!

Phase One does not make it easy. After a lot of digging, I found this on their site: https://www.phaseone.com/en/Search/Article?articleid=2161&languageid=1
Apparently you (and I) have the latest update as of 12-6-18

Phase One does not make it easy.

Primary support of Phase One products is provided via the dealer from whom you purchased your back.

If you ever have a question about whether you're running the latest firmware, and what, if any, changes in more recent firmware would effect you, your dealer should be able to promptly answer by phone, email, text or carrier pigeon. Don't hesitate to ask them; it's literally their job to help!  ;D
